Because I’m sure you’re all just DYING to know what I keep in the shower, I decided to whip up a little post sharing my current and favorite products I keep at hand in the shower. I don’t really keep anything fancy here as I don’t really like taking long, hot, and steamy showers on a daily basis. I prefer short, efficient, 5-minute showers, maybe even three. I’m weird, I know.
But I feel that a really popular type of post is a what’s in my bag? Or a what’s in my makeup bag? sorta thing, but why don’t we ever talk about what’s in our showers? I’m always on the lookout for new and innovative products so comment what your shower essential is, I’m fascinated to know. Just me? K.

EOS Shave Cream “Lavender Jasmine”
I’m going to be embarrassingly honest here (when am I not though?), I was initially attracted to this product because of the packaging. LOOK AT IT. It’s lavender, chic, and from EOS, so 7th grade me just had to pick up this product. But obviously my attention of aesthetics from a young age paid off because even after trying other brands and types of shaving cream, this one is the best I’ve tried yet. It’s not much of a lather, rather creamy, and makes your legs silky smooth. Not gonna lie, this might just be my 100th bottle.
Dr. Bronner’s Castille Soap “Hemp Rose”
You can’t see the label here, but this soap is multipurpose. And I’m not just saying for body, face, hair, etc. It’s the holy grail multipurpose soap – multipurpose as in 18 in 1. Yes, you read that right, 18. in. one. 1.8. 18. This soap is huge, and lasts months and months, and comes in tons of different scents so if you’re not up for a little rose action, which I always am, you can pick whatever scent you prefer. It leaves your skin feeling squeaky clean and fresh, and you probably don’t need to buy dish soap either since you can use this soap for that too. You’re welcome.
Lush Ocean Salt Scrub
Another long-time favorite is this scrub from Lush, and I’m sure you all have heard of it, if not tried it and loved it. It’s also multipurpose, I use it on my face, lips, and body, and it keeps my skin feeling fresh and smooth which is always a plus. I’m sorry I didn’t put the cap on. It’s just too much work.
Caudalie Makeup Removing Cleansing Oil
I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this product before, but I’ll mention it now. Oh my goodness, this is the best makeup remover I’ve ever used. EVER. It melts everything off my face. I’m talking mascara, concealer, the works and doesn’t leave a greasy film on my face afterwards. My skin feels fresh afterwards and there’s honestly not a need to go in with another cleanser but I’m OCD and find it relaxing so I do.
American Crew Moisturizing Shampoo
I just did a mini review on this, but this is the shampoo I’ve been using for the past few months and it’s the best thing I’ve found for my newly (ish?) chopped hair. You’ll notice that I don’t use concealer because I need texture to compensate for my lack of length so this product is great at maintaining decent hydration but maximum texture. I know it’s for men, but whatever haha. *Tip: Leave this on for a minute before rinsing it out, it feels so refreshing and menthol-y, I dig.
Fresh Soy Face Cleanser
This is actually a new product I just picked up on Wednesday and so far, so good! I just needed a new gentle cleanser and after a few recommendations from friends and of course the high ratings on Sephora, I opted for this cleanser. It’s a bit more of a water-y gel consistency and has a nice cucumber scent. I feel like I’m in a spa whenever I use it, and let’s be real here, who doesn’t like feeling like they’re in a spa? I know I do.
*TIP #2: Yes, I have many razors, because one simply is not enough, and they’re all men’s razors! For whatever reason, women’s razors don’t give as much of a close shave as men’s so I always use the men’s ones 🙂
Don’t forget to comment your holy grail shower favorite!
