Carbs are the best thing on the face of the planet, but my dad would beg to differ. Ever since he read some book called Wheat Belly, he’s been frowning upon every loaf of bread pulled out of the oven. Even if I did read how wheat and gluten supposedly is bad for your health, carbs are a thing I would never, EVER! sacrifice. So last week my mom, sister, and I made this amazing pasta with pesto and grilled shrimp, my favorite pasta combo. It would be a deadly sin for me not to share this recipe with you all so obviously, I’m doing the gracious act of doing so.
This recipe is pretty simple and makes for a great lunch or dinner, even breakfast if you’re into that sorta thing so let’s get started!
