The Ultimate Antioxidant Filled Smoothie

Hi everyone. My name is Brenda Liang, I’m 15 years old, and I’m still alive. For reasons I will soon explain, as some of you may know, I haven’t blogged in about a month but no, I did not die. Maybe emotionally, but not physically as we can probably tell by now. BUT, I’m back and better than ever with this amazing, antioxidant packed smoothie recipe that contained only a few ingredients and needs only a few minutes.

T H E  R E C I P E

  • Fresh cut and washed strawberries (4)
  • Washed raspberries (2 handfuls)
  • Coconut water (ZICO) (1 1/2 cup)
  • Acai powder (2 spoonfuls)
  • Chia seeds (1 spoonful)
  • Ice

and blend!

There you have it, a really quick, healthy, filling AND delicious smoothie to fill your body with the nutrients it needs.
