My last What I Eat in a Day had a lot of positive feedback so here’s another…

***I wasn’t really hungry this entire day because I accidentally drank 7 liters of water the past day (long story) so I was still really full due to the overload of liquids; generally I would eat more.***


T H E  M E A L S

BREAKFAST: As previously mentioned in a recent post (recipe and everything!) I’ve been having (n)ice cream a lot. This is what I had done my recipe on, the exact type!


LUNCH: I went out to lunch with my mom at a delicious Argentinian restaurant so I got a quinoa salad. It had kale, spinach, quinoa, tomatoes, beans, and corn. I also had a side of sweet potatoes and roasted mushrooms and carrots (no picture 😦 )


SNACK: I had 2 clementines and an Alter Ego Sea Salt + Dark Chocolate (vegan) bar. Amazing. Shoutout to my exciting SAT homework! :/


DINNER: My mom ordered me some veggie pad thai from my favorite thai restaurant. It’s got broccoli, baby corn, tofu, cauliflower, and peanuts in it. I also just added some shredded carrots with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.


And that’s what I consumed.
