Avocado Toast

In addition to a previous post on a banana & peanut butter toast, here is another one of my go-tos: a scrumptious avocado toast that looks straight off of Tumblr. It’s a lot easier than it looks, and tastes a lot better than you think (keep in mind it looks good as hell too).


T H E  R E C I P E

  1. Toast two whole-grain, flax seed slices of bread till crispy and well, toasty.
  2. Mash an avocado with a fork (or use an avo slicer {FUN FACT: I’m obsessed with kitchen supplies})
    1. Spread the avocado on your toast.
  3. Put a sunny side up egg on both toasts…
  4. Boost the flavor with some basil, lemon, and pepper
  5. And pair it with a green juice!

That’s it, super easy, super yummy, super healthy, and super photogenic.
